Chief Dan Foss
Chief Dan Foss has been involved in law enforcement for nearly two decades. During that time he has been a Patrol Officer, Field Training Officer, Property Crime Detective, Violent Crime Detective, Homicide Detective, Patrol Supervisor, K9 Supervisor, and is currently a lieutenant and Division leader. Early in his career he discovered the damages that human trafficking can cause to the individual and families involved. In response to this growing pandemic, Chief Foss developed the OLIVE Organization in 2015, and has been working diligently to combat human trafficking through education, outreach and identification of women trapped in human trafficking.
Program Manager April Molina
April Molina began volunteering with Olive Charitable Organization in 2018 and joined the staff in 2021. After years of serving survivors of human sex trafficking as a case manager and victim advocate, she now serves as Olive’s Program Manager and Education Coordinator. Her extensive experience working directly with survivors provides a practical and informed perspective that has made her a trusted educator on topics including human trafficking, victim services, exploitation prevention, internet safety, and community response.
In addition to her professional experience, April brings a unique parental perspective, having personally navigated the challenges of child exploitation within her own family. This combination of professional expertise and lived experience allows her to connect authentically with parents, educators, service providers, faith communities, and community leaders seeking to better understand and respond to exploitation and trafficking.
